Return and Refund Policy

At A3 Appliance Supply, Inc., we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.
General Return Policy
- All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- RMAs must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
- RMAs are valid for 15 days once issued.
- To request an RMA, email Joshua@a3appliancesupply.com or call (909) 789-0677.
- Packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the label may be refused.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for credit:
- Parts must be new, unused, and uninstalled, with no scratches, marks, or signs of installation.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Gas and electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Special-order items and clearance parts are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Non-approved returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Restocking Fee
- Approved new/unused returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items not in resalable condition will not be credited.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A3 Appliance Supply, Inc. does not provide prepaid return labels.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- Defective Parts: Covered under manufacturer warranty (typically 90 days). Model & serial number of the appliance and defect details may be required.
- Damaged Orders: Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Contact both the carrier and A3 Appliance Supply, Inc. immediately.
- Wrong Parts / Short Shipments: Must be reported within 5 business days. We will provide an RMA, but customers are still responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by us.
Return Instructions
- Request and obtain an RMA.
- Include a packing slip with: Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, Appliance Model/Serial, Reason for Return.
- Pack securely in the original box or a suitable replacement.
- Clearly print the RMA number on the shipping label.
- Ship returns using the carrier of your choice. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Ship to the address provided with your RMA instructions.
